From the Founder
Hi, I'm Dr. Bianca Milosescu, a paediatric doctor and the founder of VI Scrubs.
After nearly a decade in hospitals, I know what a 12-hour shift actually feels like. The physical exhaustion, the mental load, and the quiet reality that the people caring for patients are often the least well cared for themselves.
I started Vi Scrubs because I couldn't find scrubs that felt worthy of the work - and because I wanted to build something that gave back to the community I'm part of. Not just a better uniform, but a brand that genuinely understands what it means to wear one.
Our Purpose
Vi Scrubs exists at the intersection of two things I care deeply about: exceptional design and the well-being of healthcare workers.
