Processing Times
All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
During product launches or sale periods, please allow up to 4 business days for processing. If there's any delay with your order, we'll let you know as soon as it's placed.

Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to go live, you can follow your delivery via AusPost Tracker.
Can't find the email? Check your junk folder.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. Because we process orders quickly, we may not be able to update address details once an order is placed. VI Scrubs is not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address.
We ship to P.O. Boxes, residential, and business addresses across Australia.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@viscrubs.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please hold onto all packaging and damaged items before getting in touch.
If your tracking shows delivered but your parcel is missing, check with neighbours or building management first. Still missing after 24 hours? Contact AusPost directly with your tracking number.
FAQs
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Not currently. Express Shipping is the fastest option, ideal if you need scrubs before your next shift.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
Most carriers will leave your parcel in a safe place. If a signature is required, a calling card will be left with redelivery or collection instructions.
