The Essentials
30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all original tags attached.
Refunds, Exchanges & Credit
Full-Priced Items: Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method, an exchange, or store credit.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds. We're happy to offer an exchange or store credit instead.
Exchanges: We offer easy exchanges if you need a different size or colour in the same style.
Store Credit: Store credit is also available if you'd prefer.

Note: Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund or credit to be processed once we receive your items back.
